Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a credit card chargeback or dispute in relation to a session forfeited under this cancellation policy is a breach of this agreement. We will respond with all supporting documentation, including this policy and your confirmation records, and reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and applicable fees through legal or collection avenues.

By booking with Euro Charm Skin Care & Body Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. This policy is publicly available on our website and linked in all appointment confirmations. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
